Complaints will be handled in accordance with the Santander Group Customer Protection Regulation.
Customer Ombudsman
Clients may also address their complaints to the Santander Group Customer Ombudsman, an independent body responsible for resolving complaints in accordance with its Regulations.

Complaints before the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV)
Once a complaint has been submitted to the Complaints and Customer Service Department or to the Customer Ombudsman, if the response received is not satisfactory or if the legally established period has elapsed without a response being provided, clients may refer their complaint to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores – CNMV).

Before submitting a complaint to the CNMV, clients must be able to demonstrate that they have previously submitted the complaint to the Complaints and Customer Service Department or to the Customer Ombudsman.
